A Story about Insistence.

Our brand inherits the Japanese Shokunin(craftsman) Spirit and Taiwanese innovation mindset. It applies the traditional sugar caramelisation techniques to create the unique tantalising aroma from golden sugar, produced only in Huawei town with Taiwanese sugarcane.

After more than 10 years of research and development, the first shop starting in 2016 in Taichung, Taiwan, we have developed over 20 stores worldwide, including in Beijing, China and Seattle the USA. 

More than 10 types of handmade dessert-like toppings inspired by traditional shaved ice bars, provide customers with fresh and healthy options while experiencing bubble culture.
